Most of us spend our lives looking for connection.

We crave it in our relationships, with our families and friends, and whether we are aware of it or not, with ourselves. For me, the practice of yoga is exactly that; a practice of connection. We breathe with intention, we move our bodies mindfully and what we gain from it is this incredible sense of self; a relationship that is ever growing, always evolving and a connection that runs so deeply from within.
